I thought you wrote that you only confiscated the funds when a user is abusing the platform? So explain why you confiscated the funds from this user while you wrote before you didnt?
I am sure you will tire out very soon, but before then i hope you know anyone can write a review in Trustpilot, it could be made-up or even written by a competitor. If there is no proof of an accusation, there is no way you can solidly say it is true, but we have you here who has been doing a lot to make accusations without any proof.

Competitors don't write on Trustpilot. The accusations were serious and monkeytilt already admitted that there were errors in the terms and conditions, which shows they are not professional. Besided that, look on what the people write on Trusptilot, their funds was confiscated (stolen) by monkeytilt.
