If you feel already qualified for the request they're asking to you, explain the case detail since the beginning, response, and your action too. Don't forget to add some supported evidence for the case with a screenshot.

Mostly, some of casino are start to take some response or at least finally giving some attention to your case after user created a thread. Since you explained to us, they are not giving you answer......

Have you in any way contacted their campaign manager?
Maybe since he is that next to them and also running an active signature campaign it would serves more better for that issues, although there is no guaranteed that he would resolved the issues but at least he can reach out to them and also explain to them. If you give your explanation he might review it and see then forward to them to make quick response and immediate attention, I believe he will be in fast communication with them.

Hey can you tell me who is their campaign manager please? i have tried to contact their devs and admins in discord but anytime i contacted them they instantly told me to go to live support ( same problem on discord tickets) , now even live support hasnt replied to any message in over 1 day

You can contact Little mouse as he is currently managing their signature campaign.
There is no guarantee he would solved all the problems with immediate effects but I believe he may try his best in other to maintain good relationship with them. Please while contacting endeavor to explain issues with details and solid evidence on how it goes.
