- ask for the same info, again
- then ask you to wait until they "review" your info
- then wait until I can't stand it anymore and I send a bunch of message to them
- tell not me to create multiple support tickets even if I didn't
- repeat the process.
I'm not even sure there's a human here, as the mails seemed to be copied/pasted without giving a fluke to what the customer wrote in the mail.
Well, it's a usual way to scam customers, similar questions, similar requirements for KYC.
But they understand that it's a scam so that when a person starts to post complaints and send them to law enforcements, they ususallu unblock accounts. Otherwise the owners of Freewallet may soon get imprisonment even though their KYC\AML procedure looks legitimate. We all know it's just a way to deceive users!
