I didn't mean the definition rather, I want a site that offers lottery maybe I can make some deposit to buy the tickets to join the raffle. Maybe if my ticket number is correct with the Winning then I will be announced as the winner, so the target is to join lottery at first I need site to purchase tickets maybe no gambling site offers lottery.

Hello, since @Davidvictorson has identified you as a Nigerian which you did not object to, I advise that you cleverly know how lotteries work in the country as advised, it varies in different countries. Yet, I think I know what you are looking for, otherwise, you would have easily walked to the common Lotto shops in the country popularly known as Baba Ijebu, you might need the Nation Lottery in which you buy the ticket with a very low amount and could win huge money for you that can make you wealthy. I don't think that happens in Nigeria, I've never heard of such. Perhaps you should contact anyone in the UK, US, EU etc to buy such a ticket for you.
