Anybody holding Bitcoin gets affected when the price falls but it is our mindset that matters the most Inthis type of situation because just because Bitcoin price has fallen should not make you give up on Bitcoin by selling. When you sell you have sold out the chances you would had gotten to sell at a higher price when the market rises back. After the market falls and you did not sell, you would not be affected as you are hodling for the long term. The more you hodl is the better your chances of selling at a higher price and make lots of profits. Investors that have short term mindset do not make lots of profits as investors that buys for the future and that is the best way of investing as it gives you more time to accumulate more Bitcoin to make profits.

However, we must realize that there are also investors who make short-term investments by taking advantage of the pump-and-dump that occurs in Bitcoin. But yes, it all comes back to our plan. And the best plan as you said, holding Bitcoin for the long term is the best choice to make a profit.
Anyone will be affected by the decline in the price of Bitcoin. Be it traders who may suffer losses or investors who panic when the price drops and sell quickly. Planning an investment requires patience and understanding of the market. We cannot rush to find profits in a short time.
