I understand you are trying to motivate people to put effort in whatever they do in order to increase their wealth but your last part I bold is never a good way to increase wealth. Even if what you are doing is giving you some reasonable profits, you need other alternatives sources just in case. Moltivation is very important and it is something that have help a lot of people create wealth, just that is not everyone that needs it because they don't even know the use for it, you might just been wasting your time trying to encourage people to do well for them self and even without moltivation I feel that anyone should be able moltivate their self according to what they are going through because if you are not comfortable with the way thing are going then you should put sense to that head.
