Also what you said about the Arsenal team is that this team has been in a good position for the last two seasons but they have not won the title. You might be partially wrong as Arsenal have performed extremely well in the 2022/23 Premier League season which has seen them finish second in the Premier League standings. But they did not perform very well in the 20/21 Premier League season as a result of which they were at number 8 in the points table.
