I received the funds on my balance, I immediately put them on the withdrawal, and in 8 hours they came to my address. I am happy that everything was resolved for the better.  Wink
Good to know. This means they are doing their best but somehow the system is a mess and they are having difficult time. Hopefully they will fix the issues and run the operation smoothly again.
It makes no sense that these things take months to resolve and at the same time we believe that the same team of people is behind everything. What's happening has never happened before, and whoever is trying to fix things is doing it very amateurishly and after months has still not managed to figure out what exactly the problem is.
They have been legit for a long time, for like nearly over ten years, that I can't really give up on them this quickly but also everything points to them becoming a terrible company to work with. I mean I do not think that they are a "scam", scam is stealing your money, but at the same time it's such a clear thing that we are all having trouble.

I had trouble with withdrawing taking too long and had to contact support and spent 4 days with them to withdraw as well and that's not really acceptable. This doesn't mean they are scamming me, they ended up paying me what I was owed, so they are still legit, but why wait 4 days to get my money and keep contacting support for it, that's not how a business is run and there is no need to use the website that is doing this to you. It's sad though, I don't know if anyone feels nostalgic about it, but seeing this casino becoming a place I will not use, is something that saddens me.
