A bet shop is a place that is always noisy 24hrs and the reason for it to be noisy is because a lot of gamblers always go there, although some of them only go there to play their bets while some goes there to cause nuisance.

Yes that is it and i don't think we can control either because is a public place we shouldn't compel everyone to do as we wish because even before leaving our various home to that place we should know that we are going to meet noise and, definitely there would be some people who doesn't keep short as you want them to be but whenever you find yourself in such place the best thing is to role along after which you can go home to continue your gambling with your device. It is not something to worry about how that place is becoming too noisy or loudy.
