My problem is solved, no further complaints. It is everyone's choice whether to use the site or not - I have already made my conclusions (personally for myself). Cryptocurrency withdrawn, thank you all.

Good to know that. But did they responded to you via email or any other support channel? The community has been waiting with bunch of questions and I don't see anyone answering them. This is not the first case. I believe there are couple more issues with the platform. Some forum members were not able to withdraw their funds before (probably that one solved as well). But the problem is, we do not see them write anything in public. This is very much ancient casino with no improvements for a long time. People use it only because it is a old platform. It's time to boycott them.
These days, e-mails with free spins have started to arrive again.
It seems that there was some kind of technical problem again, which I guess has been fixed at least temporarily. Now it's already symptomatic, every couple of months they have a problem with functionality, they sort of patch it up and it's back to the circle.
