Doing push ups before breakfast is quite a good thing, friend, because as far as I know, doing push ups before breakfast can burn fat more optimally than doing push ups after breakfast. Well I am not the best one to ask about energy levels. I am diabetic so even though my sugar numbers are good if they get too low I get tired. If I eat too much carb I can spike I get tired.

I also am a lifelong asthmatic and am currently taking allergy needles 💉 which can affect my energy levels.

That said the pushups really help along with other exercises.

It has helped my A1C levels bigly.
It has done wonders for all my cholesterol numbers. And considering the amount of meat I eat along with eggs and dairy my cholesterol is next to perfect.
