Bayern will face Shakhtar, Feyenoord, Slovan after PSG. PSG will face Salzburg, City and Stuttgart
I would say that Bayern is in a much better situation and they can afford to make a couple of mistakes and still end up in the playoffs. But PSG has big problems - if they lose to Bayern, then every game will be like the last one and it is far from certain that PSG will be able to get the required number of points.
... Although, City are not in their shape but they could be full of surprises, don't know about the other two opponent but UCL is not for the weak anyways 
it's gonna be a tough journey if they actually want to climb up..It will be mega funny if PSG doesn't make it to the playoffs, that is, ends up worse than 24 other European clubs
And this is quite possible - I expect City to win in Paris, and PSG plays away from home against Salzburg and Stuttgart, which gives the hosts additional advantages. Considering that PSG has only 4 points, one win will not be enough for them to qualify. That is, defeats from City and Stuttgart will throw them out of the tournament.
