Any chance you setup a "25th word" as extra passphrase? If you did, you'll need it again to reach the same "account". See

I did not set up a 25th word
Failing a new device working my other avenue is the derivation path suggestion above.
Would appreciate some guidance on retrieving the funds via the derivation path if anyone can help
