PSG has missed the best opportunity they have to secure some points in the Champions League before now, they could have tried their best to win their Champions League match against PSV since they failed to secure point against Arsenal, and they could have tried to held Atletico Madrid a draw at home even if they couldn't win, they should have uses their home advantage to secure a point in their last Champions League match.

Now, they have four matches to go, and two of these matches are against Manchester City and Bayern Munich, then other two opponents which looks a bit easier but also complicated because they can't be guaranteed because in Champions League, every team is important.

Stuttgart and Salzburg are all below PSG, even though Stuttgart have the same points with PSG; I think PSG can make it if they can be able to prove themselves against Manchester City and Bayern Munich.
