That's not really advice, is it? It's like saying if you want to continue living then carry on breathing. In many jobs you don't actually need to get better, especially when you are doing minimum wage type work - there will be a natural threshold that you are expected to meet and any additional effort beyond that is starting to put unnecessary pressure on yourself without bringing any extra benefit. Take a warehouse job for example, if the average worker is doing 100 items an hour, yet you're constantly hitting 150 then you might set yourself up for failure if you decide to drop off your high level of work - as the management will already expect much more from you even if it is way higher than the standard expectation.

Not unless if those hard work of yours will really be recognized and you will really be able to get such benefit on which this wont really be an issue but just like on what you have said that in todays reality where those common workers will really be not getting paid for the job that they have done on which it is really that outside the scope or threshold and not really that getting paid that enough. There would really be those times or moments that you would really be thinking that there's no progress that you could be able to have when you do continue on working here, this is where you would really be molding up those kind of plans or intents on moving out into other jobs but what make you hinder on doing that on which finding or landing up a job now is already that too tough. Competition is high and if you arent that having some good qualifications then you might be ending up on getting no job or simply being jobless.

This is where people would really be trying out to deal up with things on which they do look or seems that it will really be bringing out that significant changes into their lives.
People will really be that actually having those kind of act on where they do seem that it will really be that effective into them.
