How would I move the funds to the Electrum wallet if my live account is not recognizing my ledger?
have you tried to follow instructions in this article and faced a challenge? -

using my passwords on the iancoleman site, I am seeing several codes such as BIP32 Extended private key, Extended public key etc, as well as a list of Path addresses starting m/0/0 etc
Where do I go from here to retrieve the funds?

You need to scroll further down. You will see each of the derived Bitcoin addresses with their corresponding private keys on the far right side. But you need to be sure which type of Bitcoin address you used for your wallet.
But I don't think all this is necessary if you can set up your Wallet using electrum.
My actual total and my transactions are still showing on the Ledger live app on my phone, but it wont recognize my Ledger device
