Sincerely we can't turned back the hands of time and I know people alway regret when they aren't able to make judicious use of the opportunity, today lots of people regrets about their single actions for not utilizing the main time they had when they were opportune to have lot of it in their possession.

It can be done, surely.
Or a person can just go forward, propelling his knowledge and expertise in a field.
