Population growth has almost come to a halt. (2.0 means zero growth, everything under that means humans are vanishing)

The problem you describe is a nothingburger.

And even if there were growth we would figure out solutions for any problem via access to education. Education will soon be accessible and free for anyone because of the world wide digitalization (internet, AI etc). But again, there is no significant growth anymore.
