If you need help you need to seek professional help, these half ass advices are just garbage!

As one of the therapists (perhaps the leading one ), I can assure you there is nothing wrong with taking therapy. Anyone can get triggered by anything (like the nature of posts posted here).
On a serious note, I do think these types of discussions enable you to understand yourself more which eventually leads to making better decisions.
