I think you should give them a few more days to solve it. If that doesn't happen you can open a thread in the scam accusation section, and on TrustPilot, AskGamblers, etc... but I hope it will not come to that point and that you will get your money. Good luck.

For how long have you trying contacting support for help? I know it sometimes frustrating wanting to get things all sorted out in a haste but like you have being told you need to atleast exercise patience for support to give you feedback on what seems to be the issue before taking out any other actions.
