Sucks that y'all don't do that. Many crypto gambling sites do offer support this forum too which is why this is one area where your team needs to improve in order to help attract more gamblers.
It sucks because the casino rep is too lazy to forward this question directly to a higher admin. I recently had the same discussion with a representative from another casino who kept repeating that there was nothing he could do. This stupidity, laziness, and incompetence is something that is often seen in support in many casinos... and it really annoys me. I no longer play in several casinos just because of the support and their stupid behavior.
This rep repeats the same thing like a parrot, and all he should have done is contact his boss and speed things up a bit... but he won't or doesn't know how to do it. Anyway, the lesson of the story is that we should not try anything with this casino representative at all. If someone doesn't have the patience to wait for them, they should immediately open a scam accusation topic and that's it.
