I doubt he would find a provider that would even allow such a low amount. I just checked with OKX, Bitget wallets, a cross-chain bridge and a couple of instant exchanges with no luck. I was trying with other assets from different networks in certain cases.

That's correct, and even if the Op tries to move the LTC to an exchange (CEX) that allows such a minimum deposit and successfully swaps it to ETH, it still can't be withdrawn because the withdrawal fee for the ETH network is always very high, even higher than $5 in some exchanges.

Op, in other words, not to lose the money, I would advise you to just leave the LTC and not try swapping it to ETH; it could have been a bit easier if you were looking for means to convert it to USDT and withdraw it using any of the ETH layer 2 networks that offer cheap fees.
