You will always get the same answer by reaching their live support agent or email support team. They aren't going to give you exact information for closing your account and seizing the funds. Even you won't get any help from any 3rd party mediators. Thunderpick team don't cooperate with the mediators. Now you have only one option left to get further help or information, you have to send email to their
Dispute Resolution Office.

I intended to email them myself to make them aware of this thread, since PMing them will most likely a dead end, seeing they've been offline for a long time. Given you've emailed them yourself, do you mind to keep us in the loop if they've ever replied to you? I think the usual standard response time is... five workdays, is it?

as a past user you previously helped get thunderpick's response. If your plate can currently accommodate more situation, do you mind to reach them and perhaps get them be more specific on what thing does this user breached?
