As far as I'm aware, all Casinos licensed under Curacao eGaming can still complain on their official site here https://www.curacao-egaming.com/public-and-players/complaints-landing ? Or the specific NV/JAZ licenses that can't be reported online but still can send an email to info@gaming-curacao.com for complaints? From my experience previously, all the casinos deal with the legal matters individually without having to get the licensing authority involved. The registration number I posted was only for reference but the legal notice shall be sent to the casino itself.

Regarding complaints. I am not sure. I am secretly hoping you know something better [and with some certainty] than me as several cases that I oversee had to be put on hold while GCB sorted things out and transforming themselves to CGA, simply because GCB does not handle complaint.

If the four master licensor still mediate things, that'll help a lot, I can write to several complainants and inform them about this, so they can get things in motion instead of having to wait until CGA fully launched.

One thing to mull over, though, since the four master license holder became obsolete and kinda lost their power over their sub-licensor, wouldn't that directly translates as them losing their bargaining power over casinos [that's previously] under them? I am somewhat sure the only reason the casinos answer to dispute resolution submitted to their master licensor is because they were not interested to irk the licensor. And with that power stripped from them, there is no reason for the casinos to answer to their order to get mediation
