No, as far as I know she's not a shitposter in general, it's just that when I opened the thread I was pissed off because she had come to a thread of mine to bitch when she hadn't understood what we were saying. I called her out and she has come on a couple of other threads to do the same thing. I think it is a thing that will cool off in time and that we will be fine but I wanted to prevent this happening on this thread again.

No, it did not fail. It made it much more difficult and they have had to create a system to be able to upload as well as write with a certain quality. When I registered on the forum they still ranked up simply by seniority, by activity, and I remember the first few months until the introduction of the merit system a spamfest across the boards that has nothing to do with today.
