I wouldn't say gambling is meant to be for the rich people, but I totally agree with the notion that poor people shouldn't gamble, that's for sure. Poor people when gamble they risk everything they have hoping to to win some big money, they don't think of gambling as entertainment, rather they think it can help them to make money. People who think like that shouldn't gamble at all.

I think the poor should have no business with gambling but then the quest for money could make one to take certain risks without thinking twice about it, what am trying to say is that, gambling is for those can't stake what they're afford to lose and a poor person cannot be patient enough to stake little, the quest for money would make them stske heavily and regret later whereas many rich people knows what it is to go back to the trenches so they'll rather stake what they can afford to lose no matter how much it may seem. Gambling shouldn't be considered as an official means of money making that's why one have to partake in it with spare cash, some the person can easily let go without being all emotional and depressed, it's a game of luck anyways so why risk everything, that's something most poor people don't consider cause they're so desperate to take their chances and become rich regardless of the consequences.
