The Barcelona team is becoming a mess gradually. The bad results is getting too much. They have allowed the praises and accolades they were getting at the beginning of the season get into their head. They became too comfortable and were not working hard to improve further. Now they have found themselves in a difficult situation.
Of course, Flick's strategy did not work well. I feel happy to see the loss. This is because Real Madrid has a chance to return to take over the top. Real Madrid still have 2 fewer matches. So the opportunity to seize the top is very open. I didn't see it directly, but I read these statistics and it looks very ineffective. Barcelona had 27 attempts on kicks and 5 for La Palmas. Barcelona's weaknesses are really taken advantage of by making a quick counterattack strategy.

I'm also feeling so damn happy with it. I thought Barcelona could bury Palmas easily. It seems their coach, Flick, never learned from his past mistake. His club failed to take three points against Osasuna, and it's due too many rotations happened at once. Yet again, he repeats it in the game against Palmas.
I was sure Barcelona could miss three points after i saw their line up before the game started. They played without their good defenders(Araujo, Christensen) and goalie (Ter Stegen). If they keep repeat the same mistake, all of madrid fans are feeling so happy with this.
Of course Madrid fans are going to be celebrating, I will definitely celebrate if I were a Madrid fan, because the way Barcelona were flying at the beginning stage of the league, all Madrid fans thought that the league was already out of their reach but suddenly things started collapsing for Barcelona when Madrid started picking form. Sometimes I wonder how these coaches thinks, why not stick with the squad that's delivering results for you, and go one game at a time. I believe Hansi Flick underrated Las Palmas that was what made him to rest some of his best players to give chances to others. Same way he Underrated Osasuna and in both games he was punished. Why not go with your best squad, and gradually introduce fringe players when your team is in total control of the game. Let's just hope that He Flick doesn't make such mistakes for the rest of the season. If they had lost at away I wouldn't be this furious, but losing to Las Palmas at home is totally unimaginable.
