I have been reading about the stories of winning lotteries and indeed most of them are poor people which before win huge prizes they don't have much money into their bank account and when they won the lotteries these people don't have good skill to managed their financial and all they know is when have money usually they only spend for unnecessary things so those people never thinking want to invest their money prizes or build their own bussiness for their future so that's why within years those people have bankrupt and return to being poor again

Not all poor people do really win up though but majority are, Why? rich people or do have that financial capacity wont really be caring that much on winning up or betting on lottery since they do have the money
or doesnt really care because they do know that odds are almost close to impossible but for those who are sitting in poverty line or simply being poor condition then for them to be able to get out such condition.
Just like on what been said by most people on here is that the main reason on why people do become poor again or goes back into their previous situation is that because of mismanagement of those funds.
It is really just that a waste of those winning money if they will really be that careless on spending it up and they do become wary on the time that they are already having some financial problem again.

Those who are rich have better money management than the poor, so far the rich have only made gambling a pleasure and also entertainment for them to spend time and money, while those who are poor of course have great hope if gambling and lotteries can change their lives although in the end it only destroys their lives,for those who are poor, of course, the big victory makes them surprised and happy extraordinarily, so that they lose control in spending the money only for splurging and with the absence of good financial management, of course, it only makes them poor again.
