Payment confirmed but 2 hours later still "processing" on the game (Kerbal Space Program).
Games that don't have a green "Instant Delivery" banner near the buy it now button are sent manually. If I'm unavailable when the order is placed this might take up to several hours. I'm sorry, that wasn't really clear for me, but the buy went fine!
(I didn't look at other games to be honest, so now after visiting again and looking at other games I can indeed see the "instant delivery" banner
