The fact the moderators were seen by many to be lenient towards him gave the encouragement to continue. Without doubt Naim027 is a chief manipulator and he would go to any lengths to keep his accounts away from scrutiny. He is trying to avoid giving/receiving merits from his farmed accounts and avoids attracting unnecessary attention to all his accounts.

But I also believe that with this account he is not being a jerk and I doubt very much that he is going to be, since it is profitable enough for him to comply with the rules.
