You’re right, this is same license with some new casino like Metawin which is the most noteworthy casino that use this license. I bet the regulations of this license provider is less strict than Curacao that’s why new casino choose this and at the same time can offer a less restrictive terms such as mandatory KYC which now the new norm for Curacao license casino.

I think this new license provider is a nice alternative in case Curacao license becomes strict which is currently happening on popular casino nowadays.
