Borrowing money to solve some problems isn’t bad, but borrowing money to gamble is really bad.
I fully agree with you, the ones who borrow money to solve some of their financial issues or to buy some food for their family is good use of borrowing but it's not good at all to borrow money for gambling.

If someone becomes an addict then in most cases no one lend money to such people but if still somehow they get success in borrowing money then it would be problematic for both the borrower who gambles it away, and for the lender who might not get his/her money back.
Whenever if you do find someone borrows money to you and do know that he/she's been dealing with gambling then you would definitely be that rejecting out such request even if its your close friend or relative.
There's no indeed chance that for you to be repaid those loans or borrowed money specially if that someone doesnt really have that plans on stopping it. They will really be that continuing on finding or seeking possible funds that they could take even if it means on taking up some loans whether on personal or other like banks of financing as long they could be able to do so then they would definitely be doing it. People will really be only stopping literally on the time that they dont have money on their pockets or bank accounts for them to play on or there's no one that they could take some loans or borrow.
