Or, when you have installed Electrum and created a new Wallet, you can also open your old wallet file by clicking the File menu -> Open and looking for the wallet file.
It's possible to click on Browse, choose the new wallet file just created on a new computer, and find its directory, then copy and paste the old wallet file to that directory, and open it.
