Well, my elbow has been hurting a little bit since I hit 80 push-ups in a single set the other day. Eventually I suspect it will be good as new. It hurts a little less each time, but whenever I overwork it with curls or hitting the heavy bag it tends to hurt for a while. I think the regular activity of push-ups has definitely helped out.
When I first took part in this challenge, I also felt the same thing, not only in my elbows but in several parts of my body, especially the upper muscles of my body, I felt numbness, pain and aching, but over time this got lighter and even now I seem to have found a rhythm. fit to do push ups after almost a month of me following the challenge.

Although it cannot be denied that in the end there were several conditions where when doing push ups I still felt some body aches but the level of pain was not as severe as before and even recovered relatively quickly compared to when I first started this challenge.
Maybe this is the effect of my muscles becoming more formed and I also always try to minimize the risk by massaging or compressing the sore area and trying to have a more regular lifestyle, especially for sleeping (resting) problems, even though the last part is still very difficult for me to do. Cheesy
