A bull run is a period of time where prices are increasing. It has been long happening since bitcoin reached $70k back during summer. I have seen so many questions of whether this is the start of the bull run but... we have already started! Long before! Bitcoin can continue to increase and bull run will be sustained until then. Then the market will enter a bear run in which we will see a much downward movement of the prices.

As per altcoins, they have also been doing well these days already. But the peak of altcoins bull cycle will happen right after Bitcoin's so we might see more movement from them next year. Altcoin's movements do not dictate whether it is already the bull run for bitcoin or not.

The bull run had already started before now and the $100k mark is a proof that it has triggered to another level, I'm quite hopeful that we will see it reach a peak of $150k peak and above before bear run will start. With this speculation I believe that it is not too late to continue buying if you want to take profit in this season. From my research Bitcoin bull run precedes altcoins bull run so with that in mind I'm believing that altcoins bull run has not quite kicked off properly but we need to research properly before buying inorder not to waste our funds on many scam projects out there. And ofcourse altcoins movement do not dictate Bitcoin bull run, rather it is Bitcoin bullish trend that activates altcoins bull season.
