Your post history has a topic that you started that says "Shuffle is a scam". I believe you should change that because even if some users may have problems and issues, Shuffle is not a "scam".

It's not about what's "enough". It's about if the admins have already seen the issue or if they're currently under the process of fixing the issue. Because the people that should be handling your issue might be handling another issue? You need to be a little patient, Shuffle is a growing company with a small team of builders.

Mere delays in fixing concerns/issues don't make the casino deserving to be called a "scam".

That's a very good suggestion! That's definitely the only solution to process simple issues faster for users. But your situation is what's currently happening to you right now. No one can stop you from posting negative reviews about Shuffle because, as a user/customer, that's your right to express an opinion. But I'm also merely asking - a little relaxation and patience might be good for you. The admins have already received your message and they already know the issue. You should simply relax and wait.
