If you are so good in talking to people then do that. Make a business and sell it to people and convince them to invest but your business idea should be unique and should seem profitable enough. It should be something that only you could have come up with. Something that they won't be able to buy on their own because there is no one offering that idea. How is you wanting to take our money and invest in real estate is a show of skills? Seems like you are just scamming us at that point and you aren't even a real estate agent it seems so what would be your contribution if not the money?
