OP If the messages are not from the original account email you're wasting your time that's how it works. Sending PM on the forum is waste of time.

I did my recovery with another email since I didn't have access to my previous account.
They can send a pm to any of the recovery team and as long as there's a signed message from a forum used wallet address
They would be answered
Just answer some questions asked honestly and you Good.

At most with no issues, your query can be completed in two weeks or a month.
Then by this we can point to only two things, either the Op is not applying the account recovery process in the right steps as required which is why the account is still locked, or the recovery team are just taking their time in attending to his application for reasons best known to them.
I think the op should give it some patient to see where that may lead but incase he's not yet attended to after a long time, I'll advise he just bump the thread stead of recreating a new one.
