I think it's not only the Philippines that is trying to eradicate the online gambling business, not because of politics but because of the disturbed social conditions, the acute tendency to gamble makes the government close and prohibit gambling, high crime, poverty all 75% due to gambling,
Many asian country does but it just so happen that our country, Philippines, became the top in the asia region. We have surpassed even the Las Vegas of Asia which is Macau. That's why to eradicate these operations is going to help our socio-economic status because many of our fellow countrymen are losing their minds through gambling and doing stuff that they are not used to until they become addicted to gambling.
One thing we need to understand is the difference in economic growth between that particular location and the rest of the country. There will be a big difference, and the gambling location will be having the better infrastructure as well as growth. On going deep, we can understand that specific people have grown, and the rest are getting into poverty and getting low day by day. That's a huge economic zone, and the government has waited long to handle the situation in a better way. Now there is no more choice available, and that's where they've decided for the closing of the gambling hub.
