I have been told 
that some casinos have recently started to advertise their brands in erotic shows. The actor/actress is performing as usual, but at the back of the stage you can find a pillow or another physical support camouflaged with the environment, showing their banner.
It is brilliant because actors/actresses can diversify their sources of income, and the casinos reach a broader audience, but I find it a bit intrusive, if you ask me.
Casinos have reached no limits nowadays because even the best actresses and actors that are used to be role models in their show are now advertising casinos which I think is quite unethical for them.
