Yes, it's true that the ranking in the Serie A standings can change drastically even with the results of just one match in one week. Especially in the top 5 rankings, all of which don't have much difference in points. Even Inter Milan, Fiorentina and Lazio each have the same number of points, namely 31 points. But Inter Milan and Fiorentina can indeed be superior because they still have 1 match postponed that they can take advantage of. Even though the postponed match itself will actually bring Inter Milan and Fiorentina together. But every season, Serie A always has a different excitement that makes this league never boring.

In Serie A, no team is really able to hold on to the top spot for the whole season, unlike in other leagues where the top teams are very strong. But indeed, with no team able to dominate throughout the season, the points tally of the teams in Serie A will remain close with possible changes in position happening every week. But at least, with Atalanta and Fiorentina so far competing in the top four, then I personally really hope that this season the scudetto winner will be obtained by a different team besides Inter, Napoli, Milan, Juventus. Of course, Scudetto is unpredictable currently and the league is open for any of the top four clubs on the table to win. However, as time passes on some clubs will not be able to keep up to their consistency which will affect their position on the table. Atalanta is doing pretty good this season, and this is the first time that Atalanta has top the table since Seria A history. This shows that they might be capable of winning the league this season.
