Personally i would't says Viktoria Plzen is weak team in this competition because they also still unbeated and Viktoria Plzen also has same points with Manchester United 9 points and as far i know Viktoria Plzen starting to play in Europa League since play off stages and since that stages their performance is quite consistent so i think Viktoria Plzen cannot be underestimate moreover they had beat Dynamo Kyiv and Real Sociedad which in my opinion this is impressive
Manchester United is quite often to faced the teams which from the quality is below to them but they still hard struggle to gets the winning results from those teams and although from squad quality Viktoria Plzen is below to them i don't think this is easy match but previously Manchester United have been suffering 2 losing streak in Premier league so they might be want to utilize this match to bounce back
