All PayWithUs cards are temporarily unavailable due to a hack. Many cards (including mine) have been frozen, but hopefully not for long.
I wonder was it really a hack or maybe something else?! 
They didn't post anything about this alleged hack in their bitcointalk ANN topic, and I remember they had a childish argument with one member incrediable who accused them of scam and fake reviews.
All virtual crypto cards are high risk and I would not keep any money on them, except for short term payment.
Very strange how they haven't posted on their Bitcointalk thread. They did announce it on BlackHatWorld though.
It's crazy how this happened over two months ago. I think I might have even added the card during that time.
