The VIP manager assured me that the payment would be updated last week. However, he has already gone back on his word, saying it will now happen this week. I’m curious to see what happens, but my expectations are low.
I first contacted their live support on their official website, and they forwarded my message, which includes your issue and concerns regarding transparency, as well as other complaints related to their official announcement, to their dev team and then to their VIP manager.

Let's hope they take action soon. However, based on my experience, they often send these kinds of messages and then leave you in the dark for weeks, or follow up with a similar response.
