Personally. I do not like the telegram bot support as most of the time the bot cannot provide you with the required understanding and resolution to the problem. Also, telegram is a scammer's heaven and some evil people may make a fake telegram bot to scam the Whale.io users. I wonder if they have taken the necessary measures to avoid any unwanted mishaps.

It seems they are still improving with their support upon trying with the chat support on the platform it's automatically created a Whales which is already predefined and immediately close a ticket and then makes a rate feature.

Does anyone makes a bet now with the Wolves vs Lakers? Lebron will not play this time so it seems a good opportunity to make a bet for wolves.

It still seems that even the whale.io team is yet to automate their systems or employ AI bots to answer queries and complaint from its customers with issues or concerns. So far, so good, they have shown with just this response that they would improve on their services and hope to deliver a good customer experience with response they get here and through other channels.
