It is also possible that since the closure of the operation, the government haven't been very stringent with its implementation which could also give access to many people being scammed still yet. If the implementation step is weak, it will amount to a worse form of scamming activities especially since the government have already declared it illegal. There will be no penalty for the perpetrators of such acts. I wish people will become more careful in their dealings with those things.

How would we know they’re very strict with their implementation? What we’re discussing is just speculation. We believe they’re still operating because there aren’t any reports proving otherwise, right? But anyway, that’s how it is. The Philippine government is quite corrupt, and we don’t really need numbers to see that. As citizens, we know this based on what we read and hear in the news. It’s hard for them to deny these days since media isn’t limited to mainstream sources. We have plenty of vloggers who discuss interesting speculations that end up convincing ordinary people to believe in them.
