Gambling on your vacant time or on the moment that you do want o relieve stress. People do really want to do something that will really be easing out that stress and this is via gambling.For those who dont like g ambling then they will really be dealing up with those things that they are really that getting used to. As long you do have the control and moderation then i dont really see any issues.
I actually do not have gambling schedule since I do engage in it whenever I feel to. For instance, I might be in the mood to gamble as often as I possible im a single and will never be moved to replicate same for over three months. The most important thing is I take full charge of my gambling activities which is why I don't see it as an important thing to schedule my gambling engagements
