For instance, I might be in the mood to gamble as often as I possible im a single and will never be moved to replicate same for over three months. The most important thing is I take full charge of my gambling activities which is why I don't see it as an important thing to schedule my gambling engagements

I'm honestly of the opinion that gambling should be taken more as a casual activity you engage in rather than a job, a career path or even an avenue to make fortunes like many gamblers assume. When you take gambling lightly, that's when you probably engage in it peacefully and enjoy your moment gambling, but when you take a step further to engaging in gambling as a means of cashing out or making an ends meet, that's when gambling is more likely to treat you devastatingly.

Scheduling time to gamble or not is an option per individual, some people decide to gamble at every end of month while others do not. In the end, what matters most is emotional control. Being able to control your emotions is a pivotal aspect of dealing with gambling loss and addiction.
