This is the best decision for you right now, do not listen to anyone who would encourage you to keep trying. You've had enough losses and emotional stress already, the best you can do for yourself is to give you a break. If you ever decide to gamble again, you will be more careful since you've already had a terrible gambling experience before.

The beginners luck is one trap every beginner should beware of. That first win is one big motivation that can ruin the life of any gambler if he is not lucky. It becomes even worse if he does not know how to stop. Gambling is not a must thing, if it is not working anymore or if it is affecting our mental health greatly, we should simply let it go and be at peace with ourselves, instead of chasing and accumulating losses.

There are times when we need to stay away from gambling especially when we have had so many loses without a win. I have learnt the habit of staying away from betting after consecutive loses. This helps me to think well and focus on other things. Most times I leave gambling for a week or more so that I can focus on myself, strategizing for a better way of getting my losses back. People that have gain experience in gambling would always know when to take action when they feel like they are not getting the kind of results they are looking for. As gamblers we ought to focus on ourselves too, so we don't get too addicted to gambling.
