When you mention three teams like Chelsea, Manchester United and Tottenham who could have won comfortably last weekend in their own domestic leagues, it means that they are not the only teams who can win but rather some of them who can win comfortably this weekend. But what surprised me a little was Manchester United's victory at Manchester City's home after the Manchester United team was behind by one goal in the first half and it was almost similar to what happened to Manchester United when the team played in the UEL when they faced Viktoria. Now the Premier League standings have really shown a very different nuance because even though Manchester United is still in 13th position, the team is not far behind the top six this season.
That's also a proof of teams being different year to year. Chelsea was barely good enough to go to Conference league this season, this means that last season they weren't good at all, however it has to be noted that we are not going to end up with a lot of problems on the long run, it has to be realized that Chelsea could be playing at UCL at the moment and would have still be doing amazing.

So year to year changes a lot, a team that could be a great team at UCL this season, barely managed to finish at conference league spot last season, just a summer difference could make teams change so much. In the end, we could also see Real Madrid and City, until last season they were the best teams ever, now this season we see them as terrible and could face at playoff against each other, not even last sixteen.
